HEAT TREATMENT
In addition to regular vacuum hardened, there is also surface chemical heat treatment: mainly include nitriding, QPQ --- high hardness of part surface, low distortion (less than 0.01mm)
SURFACE TREATMENT
In addition to conventional various colors anodized of aluminum parts, black oxidized, Zinc plating, nickel plating of steel parts, special anti-corrosion chemical coatings can also be made, such as:
● Nickel-Teflon coating（Hard-Teflon coating）
Features: extremely high chemical stability; excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance; a low coefficient of friction and favourable self lubricity.
● Nedox Ni-P-PTFE
Corrosion resistance: the corrosion resistance of composite plating is better than that of chrome plating and nickel plating. The coating with 0.001 inch thickness showed no corrosion after 14 months continuous exposure to atmosphere and salt water. Good resistance to most common chemicals. Soak in PH3-9.5 solution for 90 days without any loss of its surface coating. Nedox coatings on aluminum parts are resistant to many kinds of chemicals.
● DACROMET
Superior corrosion resistance: Dacromet coating thickness is only 0.004~0.008mm, but its anti-rust effect is 7-10 times that of traditional electro-galvanizing.
